AI-Dynamics brings together seventy-five years of combined experience architecting and delivering enterprise networks and enterprise data centers — production systems at the scale most consultancies only describe. Much of that work has been done in partnership with leading VARs including World Wide Technology, ePlus, NTT, and many others.
That posture now applies to AI delivery: precise scoping, no abandoned proofs-of-concept, every engagement ending in something the client’s own team can own and operate. The bar is the same bar the data-center floor set decades ago — works the first time, recovers cleanly the second, is documented for the next person.

We work with partner firms under a Master Collaboration Agreement (MCA) that supports both Prime/Sub and Teaming engagements. The MCA splits net revenue across four contribution buckets — lead origination, sales, account ownership, and delivery — so the people who actually do the work share in the outcome. Per-deal Schedules tune the splits to fit each engagement.
